Bridle Gate Estates, St. George Utah

Bridle Gate Estates is a highly desirable community located in St. George Utah. The homes are not horse properties but this community features horse privileges, the community has its own shared horse boarding area. Residents of Bridle Gate Estates get discounts for horse boarding at Equestrian Center, you do not need to own a horse to live in this community. The lot sizes range for 1/3 acre to 1/2 acre lots and each home is upscale and custom built to the home owners request. There are a total of 106 home sites.

Schools

Residents of Bridle Gate Estates will attend Desert High School, Desert Middle School, Desert Hills Intermediate School and Crimson Elementary. Desert Hills High and Middle school are 3.9 miles away so you can expect a 10 minute drive. Crimson Elementary is 1.1 miles away you can expect a 5 minute drive.

HOA is only $25 per month and maintains the common areas, the Equestrian Center is an additional fee (see below)
